Northside Hospital and Urgent Care Group are pleased to announce the opening of a new Health Choice Urgent Care center in Lawrenceville. Health Choice offers convenient, same-day care for patients with immediate medical needs, including X-ray imaging, COVID-19 testing, occupational health and illness and injury care.
With the addition of the newest Lawrenceville center, the partnership now operates eight Health Choice Urgent Care centers serving the Greater Atlanta communities — Braselton, Duluth, Grayson, Hamilton Mill, Lawrenceville, Roswell, Snellville and Sugar Hill — including six centers in Gwinnett County. Health Choice Urgent Care is honored to have been voted Best of Gwinnett six years in a row.

Health Choice Urgent Care Lawrenceville opened Aug. 30 and is located at 665 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The center is next to Starbucks in the GMC Health Park, one mile from the Northside Hospital Gwinnett Emergency Room.
