Northside Hospital Cherokee recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its Special Care Nursery — which added 10 new beds for some of its most precious little ones. The additions were unveiled on Jan. 3.
Also known as the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the Special Care Nursery at Northside Cherokee is now equipped to treat up to 26 premature babies.
