Expert: 5 foods to avoid for a healthier diet


Eating healthy can seem like a daunting task when you are living life on the go. Northside Hospital's sports dietitian Lauren Cicinelli gives us five foods to avoid throughout the week for a healthier diet. 

Believe it or not, foods such as plant-based meats and yogurt should be avoided throughout the week.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring! Remember, in moderation and in small amounts the foods deemed unhealthy can be consumed.
