At Northside Peachtree Corners Primary Care, we accept most major insurance plans, but there may be some variation across practices. Depending on the type of insurance you and your family have, you may be responsible for co-pay, deductible or co-insurance payments, which are determined by your specific insurance contract, plan coverage and/or employer.
To determine patient cost responsibilities, please contact your insurance provider and verify coverage before your visit.
All co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles will be collected at the time of your visit. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to present your insurance and/or prescription cards and a valid picture ID to verify coverage. If coverage cannot be confirmed, you will be responsible for paying your bill in full or asked to reschedule for a later date once insurance is verified.
