Northside Hospital announces a new awards program that recognizes employees for BEEing extraordinary every day.
The BEE Award is given monthly to a non-nursing staff member who personifies Northside’s goal to provide excellence in the patient experience. This award echoes The DAISY Award for nurses because every DAISY needs a BEE.
Recipients of The BEE Award demonstrate the five PETAL principles:
- Professionalism
- Empathy
- Teamwork
- Accountability
- Leadership
Staff at all five of Northside’s hospitals may be nominated by their patients, families and colleagues.
