Is it safe to pay my bill online?
At Northside, your privacy and the protection of your personal information are extremely important to us. For your protection, all information submitted online is encrypted while in transit.
What if I cannot pay my bill?
You will need to meet with a billing representative to make arrangements to pay your bill.
I received several other bills related to a recent procedure at Northside Hospital. What are they and am I responsible for them?
Services provided by other professionals not employed by Northside Hospital-including, but not limited to, radiology, anesthesia, pathology, emergency medicine, perinatal medicine or neonatology - may be billed separately. These providers may or may
not be participants in your insurance plan. Please contact your member service representative with your insurance carrier for coverage determination.
When you register for your procedure, you will be provided an estimate of financial liability. This will include any copay, coinsurance, deductible, or out-of-pocket amount. Payment toward your estimated financial liability is due prior to service. Methods of payment accepted include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
How do I know if my insurance will cover the cost of my procedure?
Northside Hospital billing representatives will verify your insurance coverage when you pre-register for your procedure and they will inform you if there are any problems with your coverage. To pre-register, please call

How will I know if my insurance company has paid my bill?
Your insurance company is required to send you correspondence regarding the status of your bill and payment.
